Cancelation policy

At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us.

Your credit card will not be charged at the time of your booking you may pay on arrival.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival date or any no shows you will be charged the first night’s stay.

Check in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. For arrivals prior to 2.00pm,we cannot guarantee room availability but we will be happy to store your luggage.

Check out time is by 10 am Mon – Fri and by 10.30 am Weekends and bank Holidays. Any one that wishes to check out later will be charge £17.50

Damage

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

No Smoking

Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas, rooms left smelling of smoke and therefore unable to be re-let on the same day will incur a £100 cleaning charge at the hotels discretion.
